Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Following from the Root Cause Protocol: Emotional Freedom Technique, often referred to simply as ‘Tapping’ – is an incredibly powerful tool for dealing with the effects of emotional stress, whether it’s short term, longer term or from deeply held trauma.
EFT works by releasing and clearing the emotional energy held in our body’s meridian system. The results of this emotional energy being held in the body is chronic stress and subsequent physical ailments.
We know that our state of mind impacts our physical health, sometimes we are unaware that unresolved stressors are impacting our state of mind.
When working on deeper, unresolved issues, this process works best when working with a trained practitioner.
